Spazio Ilisso

Spazio Ilisso - Arte Archivi Museo is a center for cultural promotion and enhancement that combines a museum, temporary exhibitions, digital archives, and artistic events such as exhibitions and concerts, promoting creativity and cultural expression within the community.

The museum was inaugurated on December 14, 2019, by the publishing house Ilisso. It is located in Casa Papandrea, in the historic center of Nuoro. The building hosts a floor dedicated to 20^th century Sardinian sculpture and ceramics.

Spazio Ilisso, with particular attention to the social context and contemporary challenges, aims to be an active agent for the civil and cultural progress of the community.

Thanks to its welcoming and stimulating environment, Spazio Ilisso has become a reference point for both emerging and established artists seeking to share their works with a broader audience. The varied program includes visual arts events, live performances, and literary meetings, making this space a vibrant hub for local culture.

Opening Hours:

• Winter hours: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Summer hours: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Closed on Mondays and Tuesday mornings

Tickets:

• Full ticket: €5 for adults over 25 years old
• Reduced ticket: €3 for adults between 18 and 25 years old
• Free admission: under 18, people with disabilities and their accompanying person, journalists, and licensed tour guides

Guided tours can be booked directly by contacting Spazio Ilisso (lasting about 1 hour, adjustable based on different needs). Groups must have a minimum of 5 people. Cost: €5 per person in addition to the entrance ticket; school groups €3 per student
